DICDOC Ltd: Digital Sexual Health AI Service TERMS OF USE AND SOFTWARE LICENCE AGREEMENT
Revision Date: 16.02.2026
1. Who We Are
DICDOC Ltd (“DICDOC Ltd”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website available at DICDOC.ai and manages the presentation, branding, and user-facing content associated with the DICDOC Ltd platform (the “Website”).
The Website integrates software and application programming interfaces (“API”) licensed from iDoc24 Inc (“iDoc24”). The underlying artificial intelligence system, processing infrastructure, and core technical functionality are owned and controlled by iDoc24.
DICDOC Ltd does not control, modify, or manage the underlying AI engine or technical infrastructure provided by iDoc24. DICDOC Ltd provides access to that licensed technology via the Website.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Website and associated services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old;
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
- You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or any related services.
Continued use following updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Age Restriction
The Website and associated services are strictly intended for individuals aged 18 years or over.
Before uploading any image or accessing any output, users must actively confirm that they are 18 years of age or older.
By proceeding, you warrant that:
- You are 18 or over;
- You are accessing the Service on your own behalf;
- You understand the Service relates to sexual health content.
Providing false age information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
DICDOC Ltd does not knowingly permit access to individuals under 18.
4. Nature of the Service
The Website provides access to an AI-powered informational sexual health assessment tool.
Users may:
- Upload images for automated AI analysis;
- Receive general informational outputs;
- Access educational guidance.
The Service:
- Does not provide medical diagnosis;
- Does not replace professional medical advice;
- Does not create a doctor–patient relationship;
- Does not prescribe treatment;
- Does not provide emergency services.
If you experience urgent symptoms, significant pain, systemic illness, or believe you may have a medical emergency, you must contact NHS 111, your GP, or call 999 immediately.
5. AI System and Limitations
The AI system integrated into the Website is owned and operated by iDoc24.
Outputs are generated automatically based on statistical modelling and trained datasets.
AI systems:
- May produce inaccurate or incomplete results;
- Cannot consider full medical history;
- Cannot conduct physical examination;
- Cannot guarantee accuracy.
All outputs are provided for informational purposes only and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. A qualified healthcare professional should be consulted for formal assessment and management.
Technical Performance: Results are typically generated within approximately two (2) seconds. The system provides a ranked list of the top five (5) most likely skin condition names. Based on theoretical validation testing, model performance demonstrated accuracy rates of 49.3% for Top-1 predictions, 70.1% for Top-3 predictions, and 81.7% for Top-5 predictions.
Internal Clinical Validation: In-house clinical evaluation demonstrated approximately 75% accuracy within the Top-3 results and approximately 95% accuracy within the Top-5 results. These figures reflect performance under controlled testing conditions and may vary in real-world use.
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
6. Regulatory Positioning
The Website provides access to an informational digital health support tool.
The Service is not intended to:

7. Image Processing and Data Handling
The Website is designed to operate on a privacy-first basis.
Uploaded images are processed via the licensed AI system for the purpose of generating output.
